With a midnight cut-off, each new account is sent out the

two part computer statement forms each month. Included with
each statement was support detail for all fueling by user
class on individual sheets. The statements and detail sheets

for several days to sort, match, fold and stuff each set.

rates due to multiple support sheets exceeding one ounce.

These 6 part mailers are difficult to print, decollate,
burst and difficult for its customers to read. It requires
2 people for 2 days each month to print and process for

the statements cannot be easily printed in zip sort order,
pre-sort house completes the process. Postage costs $.322
