The inlay is enclosed between the disc tray and the back of the jewel case.Two spines and the backside of the Liner are visible through the case.The inlay is printed on one side and folds to fit the jewel case.The inlay must be perforated for machine folding and insertion into the jewel box.

1. The measurements above are those of the finished product.

2. Dashed lines indicate the centers of perforated lines.

Scoring in lieu of perforation is NOT acceptable.

Suggested perforation is 12 perfs per inch.

Perforations should be stamped on the sheet from the back .

3. Paper stock must be between 0.0045" and 0.0055" in thickness (100 lb. text is recommended) and be wood-free, nonporous, art paper coated on both sides.

Opaque stock is suggested to eliminate bleed-throughs.

4. A registered form of the compact disc logo should appear on the inlay to assure consumers of conformity to industry specifications.

5. Relevant information

Do not UV coat or varnish inlays either before or after printing.

Finished product must be perfectly flat and free from dirt and paper dust.

When sending us print for more than one job, please package the print for each job separately.

 

 

Identification on shipping cartons must include: client, catalog number, item, count and print supplier.

Inlays should be wrapped or banded to prevent shipping damage.

Print that does not conform to these specifications may still be useable, but may have to be inserted by hand at an extra charge
