ITO Introduction

ITO Touch Panels function as an interactive input device that is integrated onto an electronic display. The operator can simply input instructions with a simple touch of the screen. The touch panel consists of two conductive layers. The top layer always use ITO film while the bottom layer can be made from either ITO film or ITO glass. Spacer dots (0.035mm) the size of a needles point suspend the top layer from the bottom. Our small spacer dots translate touch panels with extraordinary Clarity and Touch sensitivity .

When the operator touches the panel, the conductive inner surface of the ITO film makes contact with the conductive coating on the top surface of the ITO film or ITO glass. Then, the controller senses the touch and passes the instruction to the corresponding Integrated Circuit.
